About Me
I came to yoga as most of us do as a way to keep fit and give myself some space in my busy day.
As I progressed I have found that it makes each day better and has slowly become part of my daily life.
In today’s world, with all its stresses and our hectic lifestyles, yoga can help us to deal with what life throws at us.
Yoga cleanses and strengthens our body and helps to clear our minds too.

I have been practicing yoga for a number of years and have trained in both India and the UK.
I am a British Wheel and Yoga Alliance recognized teacher and fully insured.
I offer Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.
Whether I'm teaching you Hatha or Ashtanga yoga I will teach you from your individual level. Ensuring good foundations from which to build a strong and safe practice. My passion for yoga and its benefits make my classes enjoyable
and informative.
Yoga is not a secret reserved for those with super flexible bodies.It is a tool available to all of us, right here and now in order to live better, healthier and more productive lives.
